Wind Power Systems, LLC (WPS) has developed a Patent Pending, low cost, alternative energy vortex field vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) for the commercial and residential “Small & Micro Wind” market and is currently entertaining investment opportunities.

WPS has completed production of the second generation prototype and is currently in the product third - party validation stage. We have engaged a major university aerospace mechanical engineering research lab to perform a complete design review and system optimization using wind tunnel testing and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). CFD is a branch of fluid mechanics that uses numerical methods and algorithms to analyze fluid and wind flow. The intention is to optimize the efficiency of the WPS unit, resulting in a world class differentiated “Small Wind” system with more energy generation from the smallest and lightest possible state of the art turbine. Full production and sales of the 3rd Gen WPS turbine is projected for Summer 2011.

Our Strategic Relationship agreement with a highly respected, publicly traded engineering company gives WPS the logistical and organizational breadth to roll-out very quickly and on a national scale.

A high-tech manufacturing facility, located in a low income Enterprise Zone has been identified to produce our clean-tech systems.
WPS commercial and residential systems are compact and light weight for rooftop or pole mounted installation and are inexpensive to produce, transport and install, thus eliminating many of the challenges of traditional turbines. The ease of shipping and simple unskilled assembly makes the systems ideal for export.

If and when the homeowner could get up front assistance with the equipment purchase and installation, costs. If the current cost for your equipment is 20,000 then 1/2 or or a third is the homeowner responsibility or housing authority for a local, county and as well as school districts. As an example of failed electrical cost cutting measures, is currently being followed by the Martin County school district. Turn off the lights campaign has no effect if any on actual cost savings, for the school district. Therefore, if you cannot lower the cost of the equipment then it is only for those who have the money versus the homeowners who do not. Tax credits are fine but real dollars for those homeowners and small businesses without the finances is the critical issue. Consider all the alternatives, may be two divisions a non for profit and a for profit one. Churches, schools, housing authorities, small municipalities, colleges, and hospitals. I can help design a program process etc.

Using renewable energy resources is a good start for a sustainable future. Geothermal energy could also be use aside from wind energy.
